PHOTOS & STORIES

The MATR loves receiving photos and stories from our twins, so please keep sending them in! With your permission, photos & stories that are submitted to us may be selected for use in our newsletters, website, or other MATR publications. So, you just might see your picture or read your story in our next newsletter!

For items with adult twins, we must obtain permission from all adult twins in the picture to be able to use the picture, so make sure your twin expects to hear from us.
For pictures with juvenile twins, we must obtain permission from the parent of the twins who submits the photo.

There are two methods for submitting materials:

DIGITAL SUBMISSIONS

MAILED SUBMISSIONS

If you would like to send the MATR your photos and/or stories through the mail, please take the following steps:

Print the correct submission form(s) using the links below.
Have the appropriate persons sign the form, mail the form and picture (one picture per form/one story per form) back to the MATR
- Forms for twins ages 18 and older:

- Forms for twins ages 17 and younger (parents/legal guardians must complete):
  Juvenile Photo Permission Form
  Juvenile Story Permission Form
